We want you to love your Stitchy Fish finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that personalized embroidery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
